The theoretical part : introduction about classification of plants, production of new individuals in plants, which can be accomplished by sexual or asexual reproduction.

Fungi: reproduction and Life cycles of ( molds ,imperfect fungi, ascomycetes….etc )and  Gymnosperms .

The theoretical part : study of  the fundamental structural and metabolic characteristics of microorganisms (mainly prokaryotes)

The practical part : Equipment laboratory ,- the sterilization ,pervasion  of germs in the environment , methods of culturing bacteria and the study of factors affecting the growth , vectors  in bacteria ,   isolate the most important collections of microbial environment, classification and archiving.

The theoretical part : history of mycology, the important of fungi, morphological and biological characteristics, cellular structure and chemical composition, nutrition , reproduction, classification and fungal diseases.
Curriculum Practical: Preparation  nutrients used for the cultivation of fungi. sterilization - definition of  fungi through the study of segments installed and another attended by the student ,   isolation of fungi from sources spread (soil - water - plants) , study examples  of coexistence, parasitism.

3rd year
The theoretical part: history of virology , vaccination by Louis Pasteur , viruses of plant,  viruses of   animal,  viral pathogenesis, and applications
